Insightful Collaborative “Breaking the Silence”

Miami, FL - August 14, 2023 - A diverse group of influential voices is set to gather in Miami to engage in a transformative panel discussion titled "Breaking the Silence” which will be amplifying the perspectives of people of color in the commercial real estate industry. The event aims to shed light on the experiences and challenges faced by individuals, as well as to encourage open conversations and foster meaningful dialogue.

Hosted by Insightful Collaborative, this thought-provoking panel discussion is scheduled for October 4, 2023, at Sterling Bay 545wyn. It will bring together a distinguished panel, comprised of respected community leaders. The event promises to provide an empowering platform for individuals of color to share their stories, celebrate their achievements, and address pertinent social issues affecting their communities.

The event will open with a keynote from Steph Smothers of Sterling Bay and the panel will be moderated by the founder of Insightful Collaborative.  The panel includes the following: Michelle Bottex, JLL; Rodrigo Buelvas, Rodrigo Buelvas Studio; Dr. Ana Persad, Hitt Construction; Cynthia Sarria, HOK and Maria VanDeman of OFS.
